May 18th seems to make the most sense to me, as I would like to be in Pittsburgh for bike-fest.

Also, Point State Park(last years finish) is closed for the summer. The Mt. Washington overlook seems like a great starting point to me.

Neutral Roll to Mckeesport gets my vote and many others, so it shall be.
